Online Booking
We now offer online booking any time with our online concierge. Booking is subject to cancellation or reschedule if appointment is booked incorrectly. Pricing listed online is a starting price and could result in additional cost based on time and product usage.
Cancellation Policy and Deposits for Color Services
Your appointment is very important to Inspire Hair Studio, it is reserved especially for you, We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. We understand that on occasion schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask you to inform us if you are unable to keep your reservation at least 48 hours for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving ample notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Please note: *less than 48 hrs. notice may result in a charge up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
*Cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment or “no-call no-show” instances will be charged 100% of services booked. Complimentary services such as consultations will be charged a $20 fee for late cancellations or no shows within policy.
Reservations scheduled for 4 hours or longer, we ask for 72 hours notice prior to scheduled time. If you cancel or change your scheduled reservation within 48 hours you will be charged a late-notice cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or “no-call no-show” you will be charged 100% of the services booked.
We ask that if you are running late that you call and communicate with guest services how late you will be and also understand that your appointment is subject to reschedule if the service provider cannot perform the scheduled services in the remaining time allotment.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule an appointment or deny service for improper language or to anyone who disrespects our policies, stylists, clients or facilities.
Inspire reserves the right to enforce this policy.
*A 50% of service deposit is required at booking for all services. Deposit amount will be applied & credited to final service cost.
We strive to respect our clients and to be committed to our client’s schedules and needs. By, in turn, respecting our policy we can continue to serve you at our highest standards, making the most of your service & experience with us. Thank you!
adjustment POLICY
Our stylists conduct a thorough consultation with each guest on desired outcome of their service. We as professionals will guide and make recommendations to our guest on how to obtain & achieve their look. Based on our professional observation we will communicate to our guests the process of their desired look and whether that look is obtainable based on condition of hair, color of hair, amount of time allowed for appt. Many factors come into play with each guest’s desires. After consultation and agreement of what was discussed then we will proceed with the service with our guest.
In rare occasion if a guest is not satisfied we will further consider & discuss next steps if any adjustments are needed. Guest must contact salon no more than 1 week after original service to schedule a re-consultation for adjustment of the original service. There are no refunds for services. Inspire takes many steps during original consultation with each guest to achieve the desired look they want to achieve at their time of service.
Product Returns and Refunds
We guarantee the performance of our styling products. Returns or exchanges will be accepted if guest is not satisfied with product within 10 days of purchase and if product is less than 1/8 used.
GIFT CARDS
Inspire Hair Studio offers gift cards in any amount. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash. Inspire Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or for any unauthorized card use. No cash back.
Credit Card Required
We require a credit card to secure any reservations. This policy ensures that our reservations and associate’s schedules are fully utilized by minimizing late cancellations or missed appointment costs. Your credit card information is stored fully encrypted in your client profile.
CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE
A convenience fee of 1% will be applied to all credit and debit card purchases. For your convenience, customers may avoid this fee by paying with cash.
